What is your cancellation policy?

In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the following policy in regards to cancelling a reservation:
All cancellations require 24 hour notice.  Any cancellation within 24 hours of service will be billed a minimum of $25 service fee for each hour of the reservation.  Failure to cancel the reservation prior to the driver’s arrival will result in a full charge for service.
 

Is alcohol allowed in the car?

Absolutely!!  Everyone drinking of course must be 21yoa and be able to provide indentification to your driver.  We want to make sure everyone gets home safely so insure that your guests are not going to drive later in the evening after your chauffeur has left everyone at the final destination. 
We have glassware, ice and non-alcoholic mixers in the cars.
