Tip and Gratuity Policy
At London Carriage we believe a tip should be "a reflection of the service you received". Unlike most companies, we do not automatically add a gratuity to your bill. Please understand our drivers are there to serve you and to insure you get the most out of your event. If you feel they have done a tremendous job, the gratuity is a great way of saying thank you. Common thought suggests a gratuity equal to 20% of the total bill.
For your convenience a gratuity can be added to your bill at the time you place the reservation or at the end of your event.
